March 17, 1998 Paul Johnson Dear Paul: I want to thank you for the motivational presentation you gave to our group on Customer Service. I gained some very valuable tips which I've already put to use in my business and I can't wait to see the results from the staff as a result of your fact-filled presentation. Paul, you truly are an extremely talented presenter! During your speech, I looked around the room and saw that many people were actually sitting on the edge of their seats, nodding their heads, excited about what you were telling them. Your fresh ideas on customer service combined with the fact that you had taken the time to get to know our group and personalize the message to us, really made an impression on everyone. Again thank you for the excellent program. I can truly say that I would recommend you to any organization that needs a quick boost for their team. You certainly gave one to ours! From there you helped us create a 30-second "elevator statement," so we could deliver our message with clarity and brevity.
