I want you to know what a pleasure it's been working with you to develop our product focus. We now have a theme, a story that is tellable. Since you helped us name our core software last October, we've been getting more positive decisions resulting in more orders, and we're on track to double our business this year over 1999.

We had a problem communicating the business benefits of our technology, and the names and acronyms we were using, such as ICL - Intelligent Component Library, didn't help make things any clearer. PreAct has proven to be a much cleaner name, and has taken on a life of its own. We've since trademarked the name, and use it as the foundation of all our product offerings. It's helped us make our mark at trade shows, our web site, and throughout our collateral materials.

I also appreciate the work you did for us putting together our Partner Program. Your letter and marketing materials have worked well, and we now have several channel partners on board and promoting PreAct for us. We're planning on expanding that program soon.

You focused in quickly on what the issues were and what we needed to do. You understood what I was looking for and arrived at a solution pretty efficiently without a lot of wasted effort. You delivered in record time AND under budget. In the whirlwind of the technology business, we appreciate ALL that, and companies that want to capitalize on their strengths should be working with you. In our 12 year history, we've never been in such demand, or as profitable.
